Second Youth Concierge deeply values the dignity, privacy, and trust of the seniors and families we serve. This policy explains how we handle photographs, videos, testimonials, and other personal media involving our clients, caregivers, and community members.

2. When We Seek Consent

Second Youth Concierge may seek consent for: client or family testimonials for use on our website or social media; photographs or video of clients taken during service visits for marketing purposes; caregiver photos and bios for the About Us page; and client stories or case studies shared in marketing materials.

Consent is always sought separately from service enrollment — never bundled into the Client Agreement or made a condition of service.

3. How Consent Is Obtained

All image and media consent is obtained through a separate, signed written release form that clearly specifies what media will be used, where it will appear, how long the consent is valid, and the process for withdrawing consent. Verbal consent alone is never sufficient.

4. How We Use Consented Images & Testimonials

When written consent is provided, we may use media on our website, official social media profiles, printed marketing materials, email newsletters, and press coverage about Second Youth Concierge. All usage remains within the scope explicitly agreed to. We do not license, sell, or transfer consented media to third parties.

5. What We Will Not Do

• Never publish photos, videos, or testimonials without prior written consent
• Never share client images on personal employee social media without specific authorization
• Never use real client names or faces in advertising without explicit written approval
• Never fabricate or attribute fictional reviews to real individuals
• Never use images that misrepresent our non-medical scope

6. Withdrawing Consent

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting us at secondyouth.com/contact or calling (704) 555-0199. Upon receiving a withdrawal request, we will acknowledge within 3 business days and remove the relevant content within 14 business days.

7. Stock Photos & AI-Generated Images

Until real client photos are available, secondyouth.com uses licensed stock photography and AI-generated placeholder images. All such images are sourced from licensed providers, do not depict real clients or staff without consent, and are clearly intended as representative illustrations. They will be replaced with real, consented photography as client relationships develop.
