Second Youth Concierge is a premium, non-medical lifestyle support service designed to help seniors live independently, safely, and confidently while aging in place.
Do you provide medical care?
No. Second Youth Concierge is a non-medical concierge service. We do not provide nursing care, medication management, personal care, therapy, or any clinical services.
Do you accept insurance?
No. At the moment, we are set up for private pay only.
Who are your services designed for?
Our services are ideal for: Seniors who want to maintain independence, Families supporting aging parents, Adults recovering from temporary limitations, Individuals who need extra daily living support, Families managing care from a distance.
What does “aging in place” mean?
Aging in place means remaining safely and comfortably in one’s own home and community rather than moving into assisted living or nursing facilities.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Second Youth Concierge is fully insured and bonded for added protection and peace of mind.
Are your staff background checked?
Yes. All employees and contractors undergo screening and background checks before working with clients.
Can family members receive updates?
Absolutely. With client authorization, we can provide updates, scheduling coordination, and communication with designated family members.
Do you offer recurring services or one-time assistance?

Do you provide transportation to medical appointments?
Yes, we provide non-medical transportation to appointments, errands, social activities, and other destinations.
Can you help with technology?
Yes. We assist seniors with: Smartphones and tablets, Apps and online portals, Video calls, Email and texting, Telehealth setup, Password and account organization.
How do I get started?

Do you require contracts?
No, clients can hire our services for a few hours or pay for a monthly plan that can be cancelled at any time. We require clients to complete a service agreement to ensure clear expectations.
