By accessing or using the Second Youth Concierge website or subscribing to any of our care services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Scope of Services

Second Youth Concierge provides non-medical in-home senior concierge assistance in the Greater Charlotte Area and Mecklenburg County, NC. Services include personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, medication organization, administrative support, transportation escort, and companionship.

Our services are available to individuals located within our active service area in the Greater Charlotte Area and Mecklenburg County, NC. By purchasing a plan, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or an authorized family representative) and that the care recipient resides within our active service area.

5. Payments, Billing & Plans

All service plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. A digital Client Agreement is automatically delivered to your email upon payment confirmation. Second Youth Concierge does not store payment card data — all financial data is handled by Stripe.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may cancel their monthly plan at any time by providing written notice. Cancellations submitted before the next billing date take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Second Youth Concierge. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Youth Concierge and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

9. SMS Terms & Conditions

9.1- SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

9.2- Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Second Youth Concierge, you may receive messages related to the following (provide specific examples):

  • Billing inquiries

  • Promotions or offers (if applicable)

9.3- Message Frequency:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
